24-year-old third baseman Peter Harrington of the Omaha Steaks is the talk of the CBD Double A for putting on a torrid hitting display last week and claiming the Player of the Week Award.
Harrington rapped out a sensational .550 batting average with 11 hits in 20 at-bats, no home runs and 5 RBIs.
This season, Harrington has posted a batting average of .319 with 72 hits in 226 at-bats, 9 home runs and 47 RBIs. He has also scored 27 runs, walked 10 times and compiled a .354 OBP.
