CBD Double A Announces #1 Player

The CBD Double A presented its Player of the Week Award to Baltimore Jaspers second baseman Manny Ponce.
"His numbers speak for themselves," a club publicist said. "He's been really seeing the ball well."
Indeed, Ponce has. Last week he went 10 for 18, batted .556 with 2 home runs and 2 RBIs.
So far this season, Ponce has hit .326 with 6 home runs, 14 RBIs and scored 19 times.
