Sudbury and Arizona engaged in a slugfest.

The Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs cut down the Arizona Desert Storm by the score of 12-10, with the largest share of the credit going to second baseman Joe Seelye. Seelye went 2 for 5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice for the Blueberry Bulldogs. Luis Espinoza earned the win for Sudbury. He lasted 6.2 innings, allowing 4 runs on 7 hits, while striking out 3. With the win, he raised his record to 4-1. Eric Barone collected save number 5.

With Sudbury leading 6-1 in the top of the sixth, Seelye came up to bat against Arizona pitcher Ramiro Rocha. Seelye hit a fastball to left for a grand slam home run. His 3rd home run of the season put the Blueberry Bulldogs on top, 10-1.

"It was offense that won us the game," said winning manager Coach John.

Sudbury goes to 14-12.
