It was an extraordinary week for Nick Grant of the Cork Claws. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .609, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the CBD Rookie League. Last week Grant went 14-for-23, racked up 3 home runs and 8 RBIs and scored 8 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Cork center fielder.
