CR Manager of the Year Award Given to Walker

A baseball manager's success usually depends on the talent of his club, but in the case of Collin Walker, he seems to have taken the Colorado Springs Generals to a higher level and gotten his just due. He was named this season's Manager of the Year in the CBD Rookie League for leading the team to a very rewarding season.
"Everyone on the team put in a lot of hard work this season," he told reporters. "It's always nice when it's acknowledged in some way."
Walker led Colorado Springs to a first place finish in the Division 2. The Generals ended up with a 83-37 record.
