Matyushenok Goes 5-for-6 Wednesday, May 18th , 2050 It was a parade of hits for Jov Matyushenok of the Tucson Ocelot at Rockets Ballpark. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Matyushenok finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Ocelot to a win, 15-11. "Matyushenok was really good and we were really bad," groaned Vanguard manager Ken Vowinkel. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Jov Matyushenok grounded out in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Caspar O'Flaherty in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
