Red-Hot Bat: Lobato Collects Cycle Saturday, June 8th , 2052 It was a quite a day for Lorenzo Lobato at The Nest. He hit for the cycle, belting out every kind of hit there is -- a single, double, triple and home run. The Hanoi center fielder accomplished the rare feat during his team's 9-2 victory over the Brooklyn Knights. "I never even thought about hitting for the cycle and what do you know, I did it," he told BNN reporters at the postgame press conference. "The cycle really doesn't matter to me, it's the win that's important." Lobato went 5-for-5 in the game with 3 RBI and 3 runs scored. Lorenzo Lobato singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit an RBI triple in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Eric White in the 8th.
