Knights Heading to World Series Friday, November 1st , 2047 The Brooklyn Knights and Detroit Pizzas held nothing back in an entertaining League Championship that went the distance. In the end, it will be Brooklyn advancing to the World Series, after a 3-2 triumph in the final game at Pizzas Ballpark, to wrap up the series 4-3. The Knights players celebrated jubilantly in their clubhouse after the game, while the scene was one of dismay on the opposing side for the Pizzas. Setsujiro Takahashi was named series MVP for Brooklyn. For the series, Takahashi hit .370 with a .414 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 2 runs. The Brooklyn Knights will play against the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs in the next round. Sudbury won their series against the Saskatchewan 92's 4 games to 1.
