Detroit, Arizona Agree to Swap Sunday, August 9th , 2048 It's being reported in the Detroit press that the Pizzas have traded 20-year old minor league LHP Yuji Yamauchi, 21-year old minor league LF Chris Moller, 22-year old minor league CF Bryce Elliott, 21-year old minor league LF Jeremy Attaway, 22-year old minor league RHP Casey Stewart, and 19-year old minor league 2B Jeff West to the Arizona Desert Storm for 33-year old RHP Won-hyung Kim. However, there is no confirmation by the two ball clubs. Arizona will retain a portion of Kim's remaining contract. So far this year, Moller is batting .254 with 8 home runs and 47 RBIs. Kim has made 21 starts so far this year and put up a 9-7 won-lost record with a 3.38 ERA. In 130.1 innings he has allowed 121 hits, walked 32 and struck out 121. |
