Ouchi Silences Memphis, 8-0 Tuesday, May 5th , 2048 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Memphis Chicks as starter Shuhei Ouchi shut them out, 8-0, at Russwood Park. The St. Louis pitcher struck out 13 and walked 1 while allowing 1 hit. "Ouchi was good but he wasn't flawless," Memphis manager John Griffin said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from St. Louis, but this is on us."
