Breaux Homers Twice in 9-3 Beavers Win
The Portland Beavers used the hitting of right fielder Ethan Breaux to subdue the East Haddam Hyenas, 9-3. For the game, Breaux was 4 for 5 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 4. The Hyenas drop to 4-6 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2050 season.

With Portland leading 4-0 in the top of the eighth, Breaux came up to bat against East Haddam pitcher Joe Gorman. Breaux hit a cutter to left-center for a 3-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season put the Beavers on top, 7-0.
