Hanoi parlayed a decent outing from starter Nick Rennie into a solid win over the Brooklyn Knights. The final score was 7-3. Noah Powell earned the save for Hanoi, his 16th of the year. The current losing streak for Brooklyn has reached 8 games.

The Knights had been locked in a 0-0 tie with the Dragon Warriors going into the bottom of the fifth inning. That changed quickly when the 29-year old first baseman Danny Kelley came to the plate. Kelley hit a 2-run home run on a 2-2 curveball from Brooklyn hurler Josh Deere. It was Kelley's 12th home run of the year.
