The Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs topped the Arizona Desert Storm, 5-4, in Federation League action at Bulldogs Ballpark. The game was highlighted by the performance of Sudbury pitcher Josh Freeland. With the win, Sudbury has a record of 77-73. Arizona falls to 88-62.

The Blueberry Bulldogs got a clutch hit from shortstop Bob Saenz. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Blueberry Bulldogs.

Sudbury manager Coach John commended his team for delivering "maximum effort."
