Dan Sims helped his team muscle past the Waikiki Wayfinders, 7-0. In the game, the St. Louis left fielder was 2-3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. The first-place Archies have their sights set on making a deep playoff run.

Sims had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a first pitch screwball from Vicente Tejeda, he banged a 3-run home run to left-center, giving the Archies a 3-0 lead. It was the 18th home run of the year for Sims.

"We played a good game and came out on top," said Sims.
