Radford Hits Two Dingers, Takoyaki Win, 9-6
The Osaka Takoyaki beat the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs, 9-6, at Takoyaki Park. Mark Radford, in particular, was impressive. He belted 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. The win was credited to 33-year old right-handed pitcher Nick Flores in relief. His record improves to 3-0. Willie Sevilla took the loss. The Takoyaki go to 13-25 with the win.

In the bottom of the seventh, the Takoyaki grabbed the lead when Radford hit his 7th home run of the season. The 2-run home run off Luis Espinoza made it 6-5, Osaka.

"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said Takoyaki manager GM KDR.
