It was a sensational day at the plate for Jay Marshall as he led the charge to a nifty 15-1 win over the Super Volcano. The Arizona first baseman was pure misery for the Yellowstone pitching staff. He left them shell-shocked with 5 hits in 5 at-bats in an explosive display of hitting.

"Marshall put the ball into play and he really hit it hard," said GM AtticaOnline, manager for the Super Volcano, after the game. "When you do that, you've got a good chance to do some damage. And that's what happened. I feel like we threw some good pitches, but he just put some good swings on the ball."

Jay Marshall hit an RBI double in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Justin Kowalick in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Brandon Brester in the 4th, singled in the 5th and hit a two-run home run off Brandon Brester in the 7th.
