Knights Earn 5-3 Home Win
Brooklyn beat St. Louis on the strength of starting pitcher Tullio Citti's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a win, 5-3. The save went to Tanner Denny, his 23rd this season. The second-place Knights go to 53-41.

Daniel Lucio took St. Louis hurler Jim Harrington deep in the bottom of the fourth. His 2-run home run put the Knights on top, 2-1. In all, Lucio had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

"Tullio was able to execute his pitches," said Brooklyn manager Enoch Tang. "Simple as that."
