Arizona Desert Storm right-hander Ron Cook pitched a good game against the Dublin Porters at Desert Storm Stadium, leading his team to victory, 6-3. The defeat makes the Porters 9-17.

Arizona took the lead, 3-2, on Kevin Spencer's 2nd home run of the season. The solo home run came off Dublin pitcher Karl Gordam in the bottom of the seventh.

Arizona manager GM Fetty was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys played hard, they played all the way through," he said.
