Indianapolis Snaps Schneider Streak at 2 Thursday, January 11th , 2052 Danny Schneider went 0-for-4 at Arraijan Stadium to break his consecutive-game hitting streak at 2 games. The 22-year-old Philadelphia shortstop failed to get a hit in the 11-0 Spartans victory over the Indianapolis Green Sox at Arraijan Stadium. Schneider did not make himself available to reporters after the game. "I think Danny is a little upset," Philadelphia manager Jonathon Trucke said. "He'll get over it." So far this year, Schneider is hitting .428 with 11 home runs. |
