No Late-Season Magic Coming: Georgetown Out of Playoffs Wednesday, September 13th , 2051 The mood in the Georgetown Spinners clubhouse was noticeably subdued today, as the club's fate on the season was officially sealed -- they will miss the postseason. "We put ourselves in this position," said Spinners left fielder A.J. Kessens. "Nobody to blame but us." This is the 3rd time in a row that the Spinners have missed the playoffs.They have yet to make the playoffs in their history. |
