Tacoma Starter Named SL2's Best Pitcher Monday, July 1st , 2052 June's standout hurler was Gabe Carvajal of Tacoma. He muzzled Sub League 2 hitters and held them in check the entire month to capture the Pitcher of the Month award. To win the honor Carvajal compiled an impressive 3-0 mark and 1.01 ERA in 3 starts. The Oilmen star hurler also rung up 31 strikeouts in 26.2 innings. To date this year, Carvajal has compiled a 6-1 mark with a 1.90 ERA in 3 starts. |
