SL1's #1 Batter Chosen Monday, July 1st , 2052 When Shane Petticrew stepped up to the plate in June he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Sub League 1 Batter of the Month award. The young Mexico City second baseman posted a .312 batting average with 8 home runs, 15 RBIs and scored 18 runs. Petticrew also worked pitchers for 16 walks to post a .409 on-base percentage. So far this season, Petticrew has hit .304 with 16 home runs, 40 RBIs and scored 43 times. |
