Louisville RP Dan Heider Injured Tuesday, May 9th , 2051 Dan Heider of the Prairie Thunder just might have to call it quits for the season. The 20-year-old Louisville reliever received a possible season-ending injury against the Georgetown Spinners recently at Spinners Grove. Heider suffered a ruptured bicep tendon while throwing a pitch. The Prairie Thunder medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 6 months. This season, he has made 9 relief appearances with no saves. In 9 innings Heider has chalked up 5 strikeouts while posting a 2-0 record and a 4.00 ERA |
