Poteet Takes Home SL1 Pitcher of the Year Award Monday, October 23rd , 2051 Bobby Poteet of the Mexico City Mole impressed voters as one of the elite pitchers in the Sub League 1 this year. He capped off a sensational 17-11 season by taking home the coveted Pitcher of the Year Award today. Making 30 starts, he tossed 232.2 innings, struck out 249, walked 48 and registered a 3.02 ERA. He received 16 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Jason Krell of the Spokane Bulldogs finished second in voting, while Ruben Garcia of the Spokane Bulldogs finished third.
