Colorado Springs Takes Round 2 Friday, September 22nd , 2051 The Colorado Springs Generals are one step closer to the Round 3. The club prevailed 8-3 at Paradise Ballpark tonight to eliminate the Long Beach Paradise and advance to the Round 3. The Generals won the series by a 4-1 margin, with shortstop and series MVP Dwayne Jackson leading the way. "I'm proud of all the guys," Jackson said. "This was a team effort, not just me." The Colorado Springs Generals don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Rhome Rhavioli - Sheboygan Bratwurst series. Sheboygan leads the series 3 games to 2.
