The Math Says - Euharlee Out of Playoffs Friday, August 19th , 2050 The Euharlee Hammerheads have a new opponent: mathematics. The Hammerheads still have games to play in their disappointing 2050 campaign, but the numbers say they won't mean much -- the Hammerheads were today mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason. The Hammerheads have made the playoffs 13 times in their 26 years as a CBD Rookie League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2047. In the last 10 seasons, the Hammerheads have made the playoffs 5 times. Euharlee last won the Round 3 in 2044. |
