CR Best Hitter Trophy Goes to Devereaux Sunday, August 1st , 2049 Euharlee Hammerheads fans believe they've got a talented young star in Mike Devereaux. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in July, as he hit .417 with 2 home runs, 18 RBIs and 19 runs scored. The end result was the third baseman being named the CBD Rookie League Batter of the Month. In 87 games Devereaux is hitting .339 this season with 117 hits, 5 home runs, 36 RBIs, 27 walks, .402 OBP and has scored 53 runs. |
