Beach Boys McAlister Out of Action Monday, September 9th , 2047 A blow for Ron McAlister today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 5 months with shoulder inflammation. McAlister suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Corpus Christi Beach Boys are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about McAlister's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. So far this year, McAlister has 8 wins and 4 losses and a 1.73 ERA. |
