Walton Boosts Hit Streak to 30 Games Wednesday, June 21st , 2051 Ruairc Walton collected 2 hits in today's game and extended his hitting streak to 30 games. His club, the Colorado Springs Generals, beat the Long Beach Paradise, 12-4. "Right now, when they throw me the ball, it looks the size of a softball," Walton quipped to a BNN reporter after the game. "I'm excited about how things are clicking." Ruairc Walton grounded out in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, flied out in the 7th and grounded out in the 8th.
