Suarez Wins CR Honor Monday, August 26th , 2052 When it came to hitting the baseball, Marco Suarez was in a class by himself in the CBD Rookie League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding second baseman for Nogales tagged opposing pitchers for a .581 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 18 hits in 31 at-bats, 1 homers, 7 runs scored and 8 RBIs. So far this season, Suarez has 11 home runs and a .426 batting average. |
