Roadrunners Win Round 2 Tuesday, September 26th , 2051 The Albuquerque Roadrunners said they felt the Round 2 with the Baxter Dingos would go the distance. But it didn't end up being that difficult, as Albuquerque advanced to the Round 3 with a 7-3 score, to clinch the series 4-2 at Roadrunners Ballpark. "Whether it goes to the final game or not, we faced a good team and got the job done. It's a big momentum boost for us," said Rob Barnett, who was named series MVP. "We're all feeling good about our chances to win the Round 3." For the series, Barnett hit .526 with a .609 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Albuquerque Roadrunners will play against the Moscow Mules in the next round. Moscow won their series against the Flagstaff Skyhawks 4 games to 2.
