Division 1 Champions Crowned Friday, September 3rd , 2049 The celebrations were on in full force in the Schenectady Grasshoppers clubhouse today as the team clinched the Division 1 title for the 18th time. Shortstop Jose Bacca said the team "expected the result and put in the work to get it." "Teams in the CBD Single A should be sitting up and taking notice about us now I'd say," he said of the club and its 76-59 record. Schenectady will be vying for its 7th CBD Single A championship once playoffs get underway. |
