Moya Bashes 5 Base Hits Wednesday, June 26th , 2052 Some moments become linked with a particular player's career forever. Ed Moya of the Moscow Mules had one of those moments when he went 5-for-5 at the plate in his team's 17-2 win over the Acadia Peregrines at Peregrines Ballpark. "I won't forget this anytime soon, and I don't expect it to happen too often," the 22-year-old third baseman told reporters in the postgame interview. "I'll be happy to just get a hit or two every day. Enough to hang around the league a while longer. Like 10, maybe 15 more years." Ed Moya doubled in the 1st, walked in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 8th. This season, Moya is batting .349 with 6 home runs.
