Serrano Tames Da Nang Tuesday, June 25th , 2052 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Da Nang Dolphins as starter Alexis Serrano shut them out, 4-0, at Killarney Ballpark. The Killarney pitcher struck out 8 and walked 1 while allowing 5 hits. "Serrano was good but he wasn't flawless," Da Nang manager Josh Goode said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Killarney, but this is on us." To date Serrano has no saves with a 4-4 season record and a 4.08 ERA. He also has made no relief appearances, thrown 64 innings and struck out 41. View Boxscore |
