Chews Borya Usolkin to Miss Year Tuesday, June 11th , 2052 Borya Usolkin has to call it a season. The Charleston Chews shortstop sustained a season-ending injury against the Houston Orange Kings and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Usolkin was injured while running the bases. His doctors diagnosed it as a ruptured achilles tendon and stated that he would not be able to play for 6-7 months. This season, Usolkin is batting .279 with 4 home runs. He has scored 22 runs and driven in 25. |
