Round 1 Goes the Distance, Da Nang Prevails Saturday, September 19th , 2048 It took a while, but the Da Nang Dolphins finally disposed of the Moscow Mules 6-5 in the series clincher at Da Nang Field. Winning the finale gave the Dolphins the series, 4-3. They will now advance to the Round 2. The Most Valuable Player Award went to Da Nang left fielder Ed Closson. He batted .333 in the series, collecting 5 RBIs and scoring 4 runs. The Da Nang Dolphins will play against the Concord Blue Devils in the next round.
