CAP Player of the Week Awarded Monday, May 20th , 2052 When it came to hitting the baseball, Matt Halada was in a class by himself in the CBD Single A+ this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding shortstop for Schenectady tagged opposing pitchers for a .400 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 12 hits in 30 at-bats, 2 homers, 6 runs scored and 4 RBIs. Thus far in 2052, Halada is hitting .320 with 4 home runs, 18 RBIs, 25 runs scored and has compiled a .351 OBP. |
