July's Premier Batter Announced Tuesday, August 1st , 2051 Moises Gomez may be much younger than other hitters in the CBD Single A+, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in July to win the Batter of the Month award. The 25-year-old Houston second baseman hit .374 with 6 home runs, 25 RBIs and 21 runs scored. This season, Gomez has hit at a .294 clip with 62 RBIs, 21 home runs and 76 runs scored.
