Baxter's Jimenez Down with Injury Thursday, August 6th , 2048 The season is apparently over for Robbie Jimenez. The Baxter Dingos medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 6 months with a ruptured tricep tendon. Jimenez was hurt in the game against Flagstaff while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. This year, Jimenez has gone 5-2 with an ERA of 3.98 and has 57 strikeouts in 81.1 innings. |
