Tony Luna Out for Season Sunday, May 14th , 2051 Tony Luna will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Lincolnville reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Luna was injured while throwing a pitch in the Abes-Grasshoppers clash at Lincoln Field recently. Doctors said he has a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be out a minimum of 10-11 months. In 10 relief appearances in 2051, Luna has nailed down the victory 1 times for his club. In 17.1 innings he has fanned 11 batters and walked 3. His won-lost record is 2-1 with a 3.63 ERA. |
