Harrison Jacks 3 into the Stands Tuesday, April 20th , 2049 In a powerful performance that left the fans at Roadrunners Ballpark buzzing, Albuquerque Roadrunners third baseman J.P. Harrison blasted a trio of home runs en route to a win, 8-3, over the Great Lakes Loons. "Everything was clicking," Harrison told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them." Harrison shined brilliantly in the win, with 3 hits in 4 at-bats, 4 RBIs and 3 runs scored. "It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Roadrunners manager Conor Stroh said. "J.P. played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game." J.P. Harrison was hit by a pitch in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Tony Lopez in the 3rd, flied out in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Jose Quintero in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Jose Quintero in the 7th. Harrison on the season is batting .341 with 7 home runs. His totals include 11 RBIs and 11 runs scored. He has played in 12 games. |
