Season Ends for Brett Heid of Monterrey Monday, July 22nd , 2041 The season is apparently over for Brett Heid. The Monterrey Jacks medical staff informed the club that the catcher will be out at least 10 months with a ruptured medial collateral ligament. Heid was hurt in the game against Arlington while running the bases. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. Heid's current batting average stands at .248 and he has chalked up 1 home run and 13 RBIs. |
