Leek Takes This Week's Trophy Monday, June 22nd , 2048 It was an extraordinary week for Tim Leek of the Concord Blue Devils. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .471, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the CBD Single A. Last week Leek went 8-for-17, racked up 4 home runs and 7 RBIs and scored 4 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Concord third baseman. At present, Leek is batting .321 and has collected 14 home runs, 45 RBIs, .365 OBP and scored 37 runs. |
