Wright on Fire, 5-for-6 Against Moscow
Sunday, May 31st , 2048
Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Killarney's 13-2 win over Moscow, center fielder Tyler Wright was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Killarney Ballpark.
"To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Wright said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close."
Tyler Wright singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
Thus far this year, Wright is batting .281 with 8 home runs, 28 RBIs and 25 runs scored.
