Moscow's Art Gabbert Named Top CA Manager Tuesday, October 19th , 2049 An outstanding season by the Mules garnered their manager Art Gabbert the CBD Single A Manager of the Year award for 2049. He led Moscow to a 81-59 record this year and a third place finish in the Division 3. Even so, Gabbert seemed less than thrilled.
