Rodriguez Gets CAA Batter of the Month Trophy Friday, September 1st , 2051 When Billy Rodriguez stepped up to the plate in August he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the CBD Double A Batter of the Month award. The young Glendale first baseman posted a .433 batting average with 8 home runs, 22 RBIs and scored 15 runs. Rodriguez also worked pitchers for 9 walks to post a .495 on-base percentage. This season, Rodriguez has hit at a .307 clip with 47 RBIs, 15 home runs and 41 runs scored. |
