Damien Gooden discovered that today at Churrasco Grounds, as he smashed three home runs during the 7-1 Sao Paolo Churrasco win over the Baltimore Jaspers. "I got three balls to hit and nailed all three of them," the Sao Paolo second baseman said in his postgame interview. "The first was a hanging curve, the second was right down the middle and the last one was a good pitch, but I guessed right and put the wood to it." Gooden, who is tied for 2nd in the CAA in home runs with 19, finished the day with 3 hits in 4 at-bats and 4 RBIs.
