Player of the Week: Baltimore's Kaplan Monday, August 17th , 2048 Not every ball that came off Aaron Kaplan's bat last week was a line drive or a towering shot -- it just seemed that way to the teams that played the Baltimore Jaspers. For his exploits, Kaplan was named this week's CBD Double A Player of the Week award. The Baltimore center fielder put up 12 hits in 25 at-bats and 3 home runs while hitting .480 with 5 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Thus far this year, Kaplan has hit .333 with 7 home runs and 19 RBIs. |
