Galway's Stephens Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits Friday, August 7th , 2048 It was a parade of hits for Kasey Stephens of the Galway Gales at Gales Ballpark. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Stephens finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Gales to a win, 12-1. "Stephens was really good and we were really bad," groaned Ocelot manager Cole Ball. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Kasey Stephens singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Dale Carroll in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Brad Cox in the 7th and flied out in the 8th.
