Amarillo Out of Playoff Race Sunday, September 1st , 2047 The Amarillo Armadillos will play out the rest of the schedule, but they will do so without any chance of making the playoffs. The club was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. Amarillo last appeared in the postseason in 2043. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 17 times in their 30-year history.
