Umphrey Shackles Amarillo Thursday, August 15th , 2041 Kyle Umphrey of Chesterfield easily handled the Amarillo Armadillos, stopping them on 3 hits and chucking a complete-game 4-0 shutout. "He really did a job on us," said Amarillo manager Carlos Gonzalez. "He had good command of his pitches. He changed speeds well and confused us. We never could zero in on him, but he certainly zeroed in on us." He finished the game with 13 strikeouts and 3 walks in a solid outing.
