Jaspers Cruise to Round 3 with Sweep Thursday, September 19th , 2052 Quintino Ottoboni said he expected the Round 2 to be "a battle from start to finish." In the end, it was nothing more than a minor skirmish, as the Baltimore Jaspers encountered little resistance in sweeping the Galway Gales, to advance to the Round 3. "It may have been a sweep, but it still was a tough series," said Ottoboni. Baltimore won the final game by a 5-1 count and were led in the series by Ottoboni, who was named MVP. On the series, he hit .588 with 2 home runs. He also drove in 5 RBI and scored 7 runs. The Baltimore Jaspers don't know who they will face in the next round.
